-Director of Soccer Operations manages the day-to-day operations of the Western United Pioneers F.C. (“the Club”) . The position is responsible for managing all aspects of team formation, coach recruitment, management, and team training and development. The position is also responsible for managing the execution of all Club programs and events. This position serves as a liaison between the Club and team/players and pertinent external entities. The position supports the authority of the Club’s Board of Directors (“the Club”).
