This position requires overseeing the development and team organization for ages U14 through U19 female players with the responsibility of player placement and movement.  The U14-U19 Girls Director must have an extensive soccer background and be self-motivated, organized and able to work with part time coaches. The U14-U19 Girls Director must be able to proficiently demonstrate the basics as well as have a sound tactical knowledge of the game. The U14-U19 Girls Director must be able to demonstrate the skills and techniques of soccer.  He/She must be able to articulate and communicate the tactics.  The position requires an outgoing personality with the ability to work with part time coaches, parents, and player
