PWSI Director of Goalkeeping

Prince William Soccer, Inc.

• Reporting to the Technical Director, the Director of Goalkeeping will be a part of the PWSI technical staff focusing on player development of the select and classic program goalkeepers. We are actively looking for self-motivated individuals seeking to build a career in youth soccer. PWSI participates in the ECNL-RL and NCSL and is a founding member of the Virginia Development Academy. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement the PWSI periodization/methodology

• Be a presence at PWSI games and tournaments to reinforce training concepts 
• Work with the PWSI coaching staff to integrate goalkeeper training into full team training

• Assist in organizing and hosting formal coaching education programs to include goalkeepers

• Identify and promote player movement to Virginia Development Academy
