Summary:  Tulsa SC is looking for full-time coaches on both the boys & girls ECNL & ECNL RL Staff.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coach to work in youth soccer full-time with health and dental benefits.  Salary will be dependent on the coach's experience.

Team Head Coach Responsibilities

• Excellent communication, organizational, teaching, and supervisory skills are essential. 
• Must demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively with other members of the coaching staff and administration.
• Plan and execute weekly training three (3) times per week. During weeks with multiple games one training session can be recovery and/or a film session (using footage from games).
• Review game footage of each game, analyze and implement review of game film into weekly training (this can be accomplished by sharing clips electronically with players).
• Implement Tulsa SC curriculum in training (tactical and physical periodization and technical training)
• Create a practice environment that is well organized, safe, and fun.
• Create game plans that help players be successful in games – reaching tactical and technical benchmarks and creating a winning mentality.
• Communicate effectively and timely with players and parents regarding all team matters.

Reporting Responsibilities for Boys ECNL & ECNL RL Head Coach:

• Maintain regular and open communication with Tony Colavecchia on all matters pertaining to your teams.

Reporting Responsibilities for Girls ECNL & ECNL RL Head Coach:

• Maintain regular and open communication with Lewis Amos on all matters pertaining to your teams.

• All applicants must be able to work in the United States without needing a VISA.
