Summary: Tulsa SC is looking for full-time coaches on both the boys & girls ECNL & ECNL RL Staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coach to work in youth soccer full-time with health and dental benefits. Salary will be dependent on the coach's experience.
Team Head Coach Responsibilities
Excellent communication, organizational, teaching, and supervisory skills are essential.
Must demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively with other members of the coaching staff and administration.
Plan and execute weekly training three (3) times per week. During weeks with multiple games one training session can be recovery and/or a film session (using footage from games).
Review game footage of each game, analyze and implement review of game film into weekly training (this can be accomplished by sharing clips electronically with players).
Implement Tulsa SC curriculum in training (tactical and physical periodization and technical training)
Create a practice environment that is well organized, safe, and fun.
Create game plans that help players be successful in games – reaching tactical and technical benchmarks and creating a winning mentality.
Communicate effectively and timely with players and parents regarding all team matters.
Reporting Responsibilities for Boys ECNL & ECNL RL Head Coach:
Maintain regular and open communication with Tony Colavecchia on all matters pertaining to your teams.
Reporting Responsibilities for Girls ECNL & ECNL RL Head Coach:
Maintain regular and open communication with Lewis Amos on all matters pertaining to your teams.
All applicants must be able to work in the United States without needing a VISA.
