The Director of Coaching position is for a seasoned soccer professional and a dynamic business leader who is passionate about building a culture focused on player development and an inclusive community to influence every aspect of the LA Surf soccer program. Duties and Responsibilities of the Director:  The LA Surf SC Director of Coaching is responsible for the development of     all players within LA Surf Pasadena & La Canada Location, as well as influencing player development and advancement in all geographical programming while maintaining a stable and sustainable business model. The DOC’s responsibilities will include but not limited to: Vision - Creating a consistent vision for the club that fosters a culture t
