Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club (CRYSC) is a community soccer club, serving five regions in the state of Colorado spanning from Fort Collins to Castle Rock, which provides opportunities for all levels of players from beginner to advanced, from three to professional. CRYSC is one of the few true full-service soccer clubs in the nation providing soccer for all types of players from all different types of backgrounds. This position is responsible for the management, development, and delivery of the Elite Boys program. The role is pivotal to the further development of youth club talent as we work in tandem with Colorado Rapids Academy, and Rapids Youth Club regions to provide a complete pathway for our players and members.
