Minimum Education 

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum Experience

2+ years collegiate, club, and/or high school coaching experience; thorough knowledge of recruiting practices and NCAA regulations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to collaborate with coaching staff and in support the vision of head coach.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with coaches, administrators, cadet-athletes, recruits, parents, etc.
• Takes initiative, hardworking, ability/willingness to figure out solutions to problems independently, creative.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented, self-starter and intrinsically motivated.
• Strong management and leadership skills; Proven ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and social media.
• Thorough knowledge of NCAA and Patriot League conference rules and regulations.
