Echo Premier is accepting applications for multiple coaching positions for both boys and girls at the U10-U18 levels. All coaches at Echo Premier are required to be punctual, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to communicate clearly our club curriculum effectively to our players and parents.  Echo Premier provides youth soccer players with a superior coaching staff, a well-defined and progressive player development curriculum, and quality training facilities. 

Echo is seeking coaches who can:

• Inspire a profound love of soccer in all players
• Coach 3-4 teams annually
• Manage Club Pass weekly for training and games
• Teach & create an environment of high engagement focusing on a player's technical proficiency
• Teach life skills through the game such as teamwork and accountability
• Communicating with parents regarding their child's progress

Hours and schedules vary by the age and level of the team. Employment at Echo Premier is reviewed on an annual basis.

• Previous experience coaching at the youth level
• Hold a USSF License and/or USC Diploma or willing to seek desired licensure
• Possess a passion for the game, high moral character, and the ability to work with others
