Responsibilities: •Recruiting, retention, supervision, and organization to ensure the success of all student athletes •Directs all coaching and teaching during team practices and competitions •Supervision and organization of assistant coaches and all administrative aspects of the Yellowjacket women’s soccer program •Other duties as assigned by administration to match the strengths of the coach

Qualifications: •Three to Five years of coaching experience required (head coaching experience preferred) •Knowledge of NAIA rules and regulations •Recruiting experience at the collegiate level •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred •Budget management at the collegiate level •Ability to oversee strength and conditioning goals for athletes as well as planning for individual and team workouts •Experience in game planning •Leadership and motivation skills
