PWSI Assistant Director of Coaching

Prince William Soccer, Inc.

Reporting to the Technical Director, the Assistant Director of Coaching will be a part of the PWSI technical staff focusing on player and coach development of the select program. We are actively looking for self-motivated individuals seeking to build a career in youth soccer. PWSI participates in the ECNL-RL and NCSL and is a founding member of the Virginia Development Academy. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement the PWSI periodization/methodology
• Head coach for teams within the PWSI Select Program
• Recruit, develop, and manage PWSI coaching staff
• Assist in organizing and hosting formal coaching education programs as appropriate
• Identify and promote player movement to Virginia Development Academy

• Organized and self-motivated young professional seeking to build a career in youth soccer
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing players, coaches and programs
• USSF License
• Coaching and playing experience
