| UNOH Men’s Soccer Graduate Assistant (GK experience preferred but not mandatory) About the Program: The University of Northwestern Ohio is an NAIA affiliated school. UNOH is located in Lima, Ohio. They compete in the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference. The soccer program was formed in 2012 and has been a national ranked soccer program for the past 8 years. Reaching the NAIA Final Four in 2014 and an NAIA Elite Eight in 2019. They have participated in 7 of the last 9 NAIA National Tournaments. They currently finished the 2020 year ranked #15 in the country. Job Summary/Essential Functions: This position is housed in the athletic department and will report to the Head Men’s Soccer Coach. We are looking for a graduate assistant, preferably with a goalkeeper playing and coaching background, but that is not mandatory but is preferred. It is the responsibility of the graduate assistant to assist the Head Coach in the training of the varsity team as well as monitor and facilitate all facets of the reserve program while adhering to all University, WHAC Conference, and NAIA rules and regulations. This graduate assistant will also be responsible for training the varsity and reserve teams and possibly their goalkeepers as well. This position will work closely with the soccer staff, which consists of another Graduate Assistant, a full time Assistant and the Head Coach, and will also work collaboratively with relevant constituent groups. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting in recruiting, planning and conducting varsity and reserve training sessions, training varsity and reserve goalkeepers, game day operations, and general administrative duties. Work Schedule: Work schedule will be non-traditional in nature (some evenings and weekend work will be required). Travel may be required for team competition and recruiting. |

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and collegiate soccer experience required. Preferred goalkeeper experience but not mandatory.
Candidates must have 2.5 GPA or higher to apply and be accepted into the MBA Program.
