Position Summary The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for leading the organization’s daily operations, administrative staff (6) and full time coaching staff (14) in implementing its strategic plan, providing relevant programming to our local soccer community at all levels, and ensuring on-field activities and programs are effectively delivered to Club members. The ED will manage finance, administrative operations, field and facility operations, volunteer resources, marketing, sponsorship and community outreach functions. The ED reports directly to the Board of Directors and keeps the Board fully informed through monthly updates.
