Salary Details:
Negotiable depending on experience and licensing, with opportunities for additional income working supplemental programs (seasonal camps, academies and programs throughout the year where additional pay is offered). Pay is highly competitive and health insurance/401k benefits offered.
Full Time Coach - will oversee 3-4 premier teams among coaching staff with potential administrative role(s) within the club.
ISC Gunners FC is seeking enthusiastic coaches to work with players of all levels across ages U8 - U19 as well as potentially play on our semi-pro men's or women's team. The fundamental role of all ISC coaches is to develop, educate, and provide a safe positive playing environment for the players. All coaches are expected to set goals, work hard fulfilling multiple roles throughout the club to achieve those goals, and provide feedback to players about performance. Furthermore, coaches are expected to constantly collaborate through various modes of communication with coaching staff as well as players and parents to create a positive developmental environment. As a coach you have a responsibility that all players are treated with equal respect and education; that injured players are respected and cared for; and to the game which must be held to the highest standards and in the greatest esteem holding ethical behavior to the highest standards.
Primary Duties:
- Coach 3-4 Youth Teams as assigned by the ISC Directors
- Conduct training sessions in accordance with the Club's player development philosophy and curriculum as determined by ISC Director of Soccer
- Conduct training sessions per the schedule determined by ISC
- Attend all practices, regular season games and tournaments for the teams assigned to you (practice arrival time 30 minutes prior to session start, game arrival time 45 minutes prior to kickoff)
- Be available to cover training sessions, league games or tournament games for fellow coaches when scheduling conflicts occur
- Attend regular coaching staff meetings
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of players during annual tryouts
- Participate in annual player evaluations and parent meetings
- Be an ambassador for the Club in the community
- Be on time to all events and dressed in appropriate Club attire
- Perform other duties as assigned by ISC's Directors
- Participate in seasonal soccer camps training programs, academies and clinics throughout the year
- Make time for administrative hours each week to complete required weekly team communications, to complete assigned tasks and to complete rosters for weekend games, tournaments etc. (roughly two hours a week per team)
- Care for and maintain training equipment assigned to you
- Perform other duties as assigned by ISC Directors
- Some travel is required
Potential to play but not required for semi-pro men's or women's team.
Each candidate will be given the opportunity to develop and progress under the leadership of the ISC Directors. Coaching courses with the USSF and/or USC will be supported and potentially provided by ISC. ISC also offers opportunities to develop into administrative and leadership positions with the organization, based upon commitment, dedication, attitude and ability.

Requirements -
- The successful applicant will be required to have valid work authorization to work in the United States – please note no work visas will be provided by ISC Gunners for these roles
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but must have graduated from High School
- Previous soccer coaching experience preferred
- High level of previous soccer playing experience preferred but not required
- Provide own computer with necessary software and have a fundamental knowledge and experience with Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong communication and managements skills
- Must have clean driver’s license and own transportation
- Honest, driven, good work ethic, motivated and passionate about youth soccer and the development of young players, our Club, and Programs
Must be on board with our club’s culture to help when needed, collaborate with staff members and work hard for the players and families within our organization.
