At St. Olaf and in the women’s soccer program, you will enhance the student athlete experience by providing servant leadership while engaging the players to reach their athletic potential. You will provide a high level of player development and support while building towards a top performing team in the MIAC. As a coach, our goal is to build meaningful, lasting relationships with the athletes through a positive culture and create an equitable environment that enriches each student athlete’s life.

What You’ll Do:

-Identify cultivate and enroll quality women’s soccer student athletes that can achieve success at St. Olaf academically, socially and athletically.

-Shape the culture of the women’s soccer team

-Direct all strategy (playing & practice) for the women’s soccer team

-Serve as the face of the women’s soccer program

-Work with student athletes from all 26 sports in serving as the SAAC advisor

Who You Are:

What you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree; maintain a valid driver’s license and meet St. Olaf College driver authorization criteria with a satisfactory driving record
• 3+ years of Soccer coaching experience at either a professional, college/university, club or high school level; advanced knowledge of soccer

Preferred qualifications also include:

• Master’s Degree preferred
• Head Coaching experience preferred
• Experience with the college admissions process
