The University of South Carolina Beaufort is a four-year public University nestled in the Lowcountry, located less than 15 miles from the beautiful beaches of the resort island of Hilton Head and 20 miles from historic Savannah & historic Beaufort. With a yearly average high of 75.6 degrees, the weather is favorable for outdoor recreation, outdoor training and sporting events. The USCB Sand Sharks are currently members of the NAIA and compete in the Sun Conference, however have been offered membership in the Peach Belt Conference (D2) pending acceptance into NCAA Division II in 2022. As Assistant Head Women’s Soccer Coach, individual will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of an intercollegiate women’s soccer program, including aiding with recruitment, coordinating day-to-day operations, conducting practice sessions, organizing community outreach, and other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Soccer Coach.

Bachelor’s degree required. Three years minimum experience coaching or playing at an intercollegiate level soccer program.

Assist Head coach with recruiting and training, teaching, and instructing all aspects of a college level Soccer program. Responsible for scouting opposing teams and working to develop game strategy. Assist SID in keeping all media outlets abreast of all information related to the Women’s Soccer team including schedules, results, and statistics.  Knowledge of the GK position and ability to implement a year long training program for keepers.
