The incumbent is responsible for assisting in the planning and operating the soccer program within the policies of Winona State University, the NSIC, and the NCAA. Duties include (1) Recruiting quality student athletes for the soccer program; (2) Promoting and supporting Winona State University and the Athletic Department’s program mission and goals; (3) Contributing to student growth and development; (4) Supporting Winona State University's mission to enhance the intellectual, social, cultural and economic vitality of the people and communities we serve.
