Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee all functions and aspects of the U13 - U19 Age group for both girls and boys Club Development League (CDL) representative Compile and manage training schedule Compile and manage game schedule (league, tournament, and friendly games) Manage part-time coaching staff, including hiring and terminations Supervise and educate part-time coaches Design & implement curriculum Coach teams Oversee tryout and team formation process Organize and coach in Winter Training Program Assist in setting club’s annual budget
