Job Description Summary Sporting Kansas City is seeking a motivated and determined individual with leadership skills to build a competitive youth soccer club from the ground up for its Director of Coaching (DOC), Sporting Youth Club position. The DOC will serve as the face of the club and be an ambassador for the organization in the community. The DOC will manage and lead the coaching staff to achieve organizational and performance objectives related to player and coaching development, and the overall club management.
