Santa Barbara Soccer Club is accepting applications for a Boys Zone One Director/Academy Head Coach Position within our MLS Next Academy Program. All coaches within the Santa Barbara SC MLS Next Academy are required to be punctual, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to implement and communicate our club curriculum and player development philosophy effectively to our players and parents. The Santa Barbara SC MLS Next Academy provides the most talented soccer players on the Central Coast of California with a clear pathway to reach the highest levels of professional and collegiate competition in the sport of Soccer.
