Job Summary: Primarily responsible for set up and monitoring Football program training and conditioning, under the rules and regulations of the NCAA.
Job Scope: Part-Time Assistant Coach of Football & Strength Training coordinates the football program’s strength training and conditioning program. Also assists other programs such as Women’s Soccer, Softball, and Women’s Lacrosse.
Salary to range from $18,000 – $20,0000 with housing provided.
Design, implement, conduct, and monitor strength and conditioning for football program.
Educate student-athletes about nutrition and supplementation.
Coordinate student-athlete rehabilitation of injured athletes.
Assist with scheduling of facility and identifying and purchasing equipment
Maintain and update records
Required Skills: Working knowledge of strength training and conditioning protocol. Education and experience in a related field.
