Head Coach of two top national level Girls Academy teams and work closely within the 6 team academy program at the top of Midwest United FC's player development pyramid. (U14-U19)
Assist in leading all aspects of the former Development Academy (now Girls Academy League) 10 month programming.
Planning and leading training sessions 4 days per week, scheduling, and coaching games, overseeing player technology (stat sports, beyond pulse, video etc) to ensure a complete elite level developmental pathway for West Michigan's top players.
Oversee player scouting and recruitment to ensure the continued success of the top level program.
Minimum USSF C License (B License by 2021, club will provide resources)
Experience and success working with top national level players and coaches
Experience coaching in the female game
Experience with technology platforms
Additional Salary Information: Salary depends on experience, qualifications, and has flexibility to participate in other roles
