The Head Women's Soccer Coach will organize, direct and administer all aspects of the Women's Soccer program at a NCAA Division I level. Duties include, but are not limited to, recruitment of student-athletes, coaching, scheduling of contests, practices and game preparation, monitoring academic progress, retention of student-athletes. Maintain a positive relationship with administration, faculty, students and parents. Encourage and nurture success among student-athletes in areas of citizenship, academics and athletics. Work with Sports Information to promote the team, sport and university. Conduct the program with the highest degree of integrity and within the rules and regulations of SCSU and the NCAA at all times. Supervise assistant coach and student support staff. Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
Candidate must have good oral and written communication skills.
