The Lakeville Soccer Club Director of Youth Player Development will act as the leader of player technical and tactical development for Lakeville Soccer Club’s U9-U12 Travel program and In-House program. This position will work closely with the Director of Coaching to develop the vision and goals of our youth program. The Director of Youth Player Development reports directly to Lakeville Soccer Club’s Board of Directors. Duties include: 1.Design and implement Academy training programs 2.Develop and implement age-group trainings 3.Design, develop and implement development resources for players and coaches 4.Assist with performing educations sessions for U9-U12 coaches 5.Assist in creation and implementation of camps, clinics and player development programs 6.Develop and maintain age-specific U9-12 Travel and In-House program training curriculum 7.Attend and work with LSC leadership during try-outs and team formations 8.Attend monthly board meetings
This is a PART-TIME Role. We are looking for local applicants from the Minneapolis area. No out of country applicants will be considered and no relocation fees will be paid.

The Lakeville Soccer Club is a community based soccer club in Lakeville, MN with approximately 1,800 players in our recreational and competitive programs. We are seeking a Director of Youth Player Development who will create an environment that allows young athletes to cultivate a positive self-image, stay physically active, develop relationships and have fun playing soccer.
