Arkansas Valley Soccer Association strives to provide a youth soccer association welcoming to all youth with the purpose of teaching soccer fundamentals and developing players to their fullest potential through an in-house, recreational program and a traveling, competitive program beyond the in-house program.
Primary responsibilities include: overseeing and executing the day-to-day activities required to efficiently run AVSA program. These activities include, but not limited to, program development direction and execution, completing administrative tasks, field maintenance, community involvement, and ownership of AVSA's youth travel and competitive programs. Weekends and evenings required during the fall and spring soccer seasons. Must be able to work well unsupervised. Pay DOE.

Required skills: Strong organizational, communication and team building skills. Knowledge and understanding of youth soccer organizations.
Desired experience: Played at the collegiate soccer level, 3+ years coaching, 2+ years management or leadership
Desired qualifications: Minimum USSF D licenses or higher (can be earned after employment for right candidate), knowledgeable about ASSA and/or US Club Soccer.
Additional Salary Information: Salary decided upon experience.
