Warren County Soccer Academy is looking for professional, motivated and progressive coaches to coach competitive youth teams.
Responsibilities of a Staff Coach encompass all aspects of running a team within our club. This includes:
Planning and running age and level appropriate training sessions
Organizing and coaching teams on game days
A commitment to a player development focused training model
Ensuring the health and safety of players
Communicating with parents regarding their child's progress
Hours vary by the age and level of the team. Contracts are for a 12 month period, June 2019 through May 2020.
Our teams compete in GCSL, Buckeye, National League Great Lakes Conference and State Cup. Teams also enter Summer tournaments.
Candidates should have experience coaching youth soccer players and an extensive knowledge of the game. They should demonstrate an ability to be able to improve the technical skills and tactical comprehension of players in an enjoyable, engaging environment.
Candidates should be organized, punctual and good communicators. Basic knowledge of information technology, such as spreadsheets, word processing and email communication is also essential.
Minimum coaching qualifications required:
USSF D License
United Soccer Coaches National Diploma

Warren County Soccer Academy services nearly 1,000 players in the Cincinnati/Dayton area. We have boys and girls (U7-U19). We compete in competition at the state, regional, and national level.
