As Assistant Head Women's Soccer Coach, individual will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of an intercollegiate women's soccer program, including aiding with recruitment, coordinating day-to-day operations, conducting practice sessions, organizing community outreach, and other duties as assigned by the Head Soccer Coach.
Serves as Assistant Coach for Women's Soccer program and is responsible for day-to-day coaching of student-athletes. Specifically responsible for teaching, training, and instructing all aspects of a college level Women's soccer program.
Plan, organize, and implement a recruiting plan in line with the values and missions of the soccer program, athletic department, and university.
Maintains a database of information for individual and team development to include in-season and off-season training programs.
Responsible for scouting opposing teams and working to develop game strategy.
Supervises and trains Women's Soccer student-workers and student-volunteers for the soccer program.

Bachelor's degree required. Three years minimum experience coaching or playing at an intercollegiate level soccer program.
