The Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach will assist the Head Coach in the effective management and administration of all aspects relating to a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student athletes.
- Demonstrated success in skill instruction and practice / game plan development - Knowledge of NCAA legislation and participating conference bylaws, and compliance guidelines related to a sports program - Able to motivate athletes to perform at peak ability - Demonstrated good sportsmanship and ethical behavior - Highly organized, good time management, and sound judgment - Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community - Demonstrated professional and effective public relations skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multi-task and work well in a team setting or individual setting - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment - Adaptable and supportive of a changing work environment - Creative and forward thinking
