Assists the head coach in all aspects of running an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC), Division III men’s soccer program. Additionally this coach will assist in administering all of the year-round activities and operations of the soccer program. The assistant’s responsibilities are restricted and defined by the Head Men’s Soccer Coach, by NCAA rules and guidelines, and College policies. This position will work cooperatively with student-athletes, coaches, and athletic department staff.
Assist the head coach in day-to-day operations of the team including practice planning and set-up, positional instruction, post-practice evulations, recruiting, travel planning and other duties as assigned. Attend all practice sessions and competitions (away and home). Contributes to the overall success of the College's intercollegiate athletics program by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
