Responsibilities: The head coach is responsible for all aspects of the women's soccer program, including recruitment of qualified student-athletes; promoting the welfare and academic progress of student-athletes; practice and game preparation; budget management; scheduling and scouting; participating in fundraising and public relations activities and departmental meetings; performing the daily administrative duties of the program; supervision of assistant coaches and the overall administration of a Division I women's soccer program in accordance with institutional, NCAA, and MVC rules. Must pass NCAA off-campus recruiting exam.
Appointment: 12-month term, full-time, salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is a security-sensitive position; the University will conduct a pre-employment background investigation, which includes a criminal background check, prior to any employment offer.
