The Head Coach will be responsible for program building including but not limited to planning, coaching, recruiting, retention, managing and directing the women’s soccer program. The Head Women’s Soccer Coach will have other responsibilities, based on experience, which may include but are not limited to: game management for winter and/or spring sports; intramurals; and/or teaching pending qualification review. Work is performed under general supervision and performance evaluation is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained.
Bachelor’s degree Required, Master’s degree preferred. A degree in a field related to Sport Management, Wellness, Education, or Health and Physical education.
Previous college soccer coaching experience required.
Some video editing experience and computer literacy skills are necessary
