The Head Coach is directly responsible to the Director of Athletics or designee to organize and direct a Division I soccer program within the framework of Saint Francis University, embracing the mission of the University and Athletics Department. Candidates must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the Northeast Conference, and the NCAA.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Intercollegiate soccer playing experience, NCAA Division I coaching experience as an assistant or head coach preferred. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are essential.
